Exchange Policy

• If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or design, we are happy to assist you.
• A nominal fee of ₹200 will be charged to cover third-party logistics for the exchange process.
• The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with tags intact.

Refund Policy

If you prefer to return your order, you have two convenient options:

Coupon Code:

• Receive a coupon code equivalent to the amount you paid for your order.
• The coupon code will be valid for 40 days from the date of issue and can be used on your next purchase.
• No additional fee will be charged for this option.

Monetary Refund:

• If you prefer a direct refund to your original payment method, a delivery fee of ₹200 will be deducted to cover return logistics.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Additional Notes:

• Products that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
• Customized or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• In case of any defective or wrong product delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will resolve it at no additional cost.
