1. Introduction

Welcome to Nosward. By accessing and using our website, services, or making a purchase, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Final Sale Policy

All sales at Nosward are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges can be requested within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues.

  • Products must pass a quality inspection before an exchange is approved.

  • Requests may be declined if the item is:

    • Used

    • Damaged

    • Missing tags or original packaging

4. Stock Availability & Store Credit

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, customers will receive store credit valid for 50 days or may exchange for another product of equal value.

5. One-Time Exchange Policy

Each order is eligible for only one exchange, so please ensure your size is correct before placing an order.
Our team is available to assist with sizing queries.

6. Exchange Fees

An exchange fee of ₹200 is applicable to cover:

  • Reverse pickup from your location

  • Delivery of the replacement product

This fee reflects costs incurred through third-party delivery services.

7. Processing & Shipping

  • The replacement product will be dispatched once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • The entire exchange process typically takes 7–9 days.

8. Non-Serviceable Areas

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, we will notify you.

  • You will need to send the item via a local courier service at your own expense.

  • In such cases, no exchange fee will be charged.

9. Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchanges.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
You further agree that the courts of Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.
